As the Days Become Shorter, Enjoy the Light

Sometimes the sunshine in the middle of a cool fall day feels so special; it is particularly comforting. We no longer take the light for granted or hide from it as many do in the summer. Next time you feel the sun on your face, pause and enjoy it.

Be well,

Kristen Howard 203-854-5596
