For the month of October in recognition of his new
CD, the Om Zone, all of Steven Halpern CDS will
be 20% off. Halpern's electronic music is distinct and
classic. Most are familiar with his Chakra Suite, but
come in and hear demos of some of the other 20 or so
albums.
Vladimir Megre wrote a series of books in Russia
concerning a certain Anastasia from the remote
regions of the mountains. These books are now creating
a green revolution in Russia and will be offered at a
discount during October. The 7th and 8th books in the
series will soon be released.
Incredibly soft silk scarves from India are now in,
along with the Chinese silk, rayon, velvet and
pashmina scarves that we have carried before. All will
be discounted in October.

are happy to now offer fair trade items from World of
Good. World of Good creates opportunities for hundreds
of artisan cooperatives around the world to share
their best work with you by serving as a bridge to the
U.S. retail market. They assist artisans by providing
access to fair wages, safe working conditions and
long-term economic sustainability. They also re-invest
10% of their profits in the artisan communities
through our non-profit partner, the World of Good:

Karen
Specer's opening was a great success - her photos will
be up through the end of November. We have almost a
dozen new events this month so there is surely
something you will find of interest. In addition to
the retail area, we are now using other rooms for
workshops. This allows us to offer events in the
morning and afternoon while the store is still open.
Our space is constantly evolving to meet your needs.
This
month we are stocking up and discounting Steven
Halpern Audios (yes, he has a new CD), Vladimir Megre
books and all our beautiful silk and pashmina scarves.
Aside from adorning ourselves, the scarves are also
used to beautify and change the energy of a table top
or altar.
